On February 16, the grand 2026 Chinese New Year of the Horse Gala was solemnly held at Aode Industrial Park in Angola.
All staff, some family members, distinguished guests from partners including Gezhouba Group and China 22nd Metallurgical Group, as well as outstanding Angolan employee representatives gathered together to celebrate the Spring Festival, strengthen friendship and cooperation, and draw a new blueprint for high-quality development.
The gala opened with a magnificent Dragon and Lion Dance performance.
Amidst sonorous gongs and drums, the dragon soared and the lion leaped, creating a festive atmosphere of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, while demonstrating the high-spirited and enterprising spirit of all colleagues.
Mr. Yang Jijiang, Chairman of the Group, delivered a New Year speech, extending warm greetings to all employees and their families, and expressing sincere gratitude to partners and friends from all walks of life for their long-term support to the industrial park.
Taking the “Spirit of the Dragon and Horse” as a metaphor for the Year of the Horse, he set the development direction for the coming year and expressed earnest expectations for all employees to strive for new achievements.

Ms. Pérola, the park’s cooperative spokesperson, performed the song Omboio, whose melodious voice conveyed the profound friendship between the Chinese and Angolan people.
The specially invited performance Night of Ulaanbaatar evoked widespread emotional resonance with its distant artistic conception.
The superb local Angolan acrobatic show pushed the atmosphere to one climax after another.
These wonderful performances fully showcased the collision and integration of Chinese and Angolan cultures, reflecting the industrial park’s development pattern of taking root locally with openness and inclusiveness.
During the gala, multiple rounds of lucky draws were warmly held, allowing all employees to truly feel the care and warmth of the industrial park amid laughter and joy.
At the awarding ceremony for the Special Contribution Award, the Chairman personally presented honors to outstanding Chinese and Angolan employee representatives in recognition of their dedication and responsibility at their posts.

Finally, the gala concluded successfully with the warm and inspiring song Song of Zhongyang.
